How do I know which size to order?

We provide a detailed size guide on every product page. Since our activewear is designed for a compression fit, we recommend sizing up if you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed feel.

What is your return policy for activewear?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and water bottles are final sale.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Are your fabrics squat-proof and sweat-wicking?

Yes! All Healthy & Active leggings are rigorously tested to be 100% squat-proof. Our signature performance fabric is also moisture-wicking to keep you dry during high-intensity workouts.

How should I care for my performance gear?

To maintain fabric elasticity and color, we recommend machine washing cold with similar colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach.

Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

Sustainability is core to our mission. All orders are shipped in 100% biodegradable mailers and our internal packaging is made from recycled materials.
